If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the items back to The Travel C.A.F.E. for store credit only. Merchandise received will be inspected by The Travel C.A.F.E.. After we have inspected the merchandise, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your store credit.
The Travel C.A.F.E. Shop has a 30 day return or exchange policy. No returns or exchanges are given for purchases after 30 days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Your items must be unworn and in the same condition you received it from The Travel C.A.F.E. Shop. The Travel C.A.F.E. Shop will also replace any item(s) deemed to be defective or damaged within 30 days at no charge. The Travel C.A.F.E. Store will also exchange any items due to size as long as the product is unworn and in the same condition as received from The Travel C.A.F.E.. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to Peace of Mind Travel Services LLC and the return postage of the exchanged item(s).
You must receive approval from The Travel C.A.F.E. Shop before shipping any items back. Upon receiving approval, you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return the items, and you will receive an invoice to pay the shipping for all exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
